Please always arrange appointments in our clinic with us personally – even if they are required at short notice. We make every effort to keep waiting times in our practice as short as possible. It is very awkward for us if longer appointments are not cancelled in good time, since this creates gaps in our schedule (even if you may need to wait for an appointment).

From now an we can offer You an online appointmentservice with Samedi. After registration you can administrate your appointments by yourself easily. For short-term appointments, please contact us by telephone.

For acute problems, we have now set aside some emergency surgery hours for which you do not need an appointment. If your problem is urgent, please do NOT call to make an appointment but just drop in to our surgery. Note that you may need to wait to be seen. Our emergency surgery hours are for acute problems only. If you have been experiencing symptoms for some time, please make an appointment as usual. Note that we reserve the right to refuse treatment during emergency surgery hours if your complaint is of a chronic nature. Especially anal itching is definetly no emergency, please make an appointment as usual. We hope that these arrangements suit the needs of the majority of our patients.
